Don Ruffner – Press and Plant Manager - Don joined OLI in 1979 and has been press and plant manager since 1990. He has over 35 years experience in the printing industry. Don has overall responsibility for all press crews and shifts, machinery upkeep and shares responsibility for facilities maintenance. Don’s technical expertise and demand for high print quality have been invaluable both to our company and our customers.

Kari Sweeden — Production Manager. Kari has been with Oregon Lithoprint since 1995. As Production Manager, her responsibilities include daily scheduling of production, as well as coordination of all work in progress. Before joining OLI, Kari spent 8 years with a commercial printer in Spokane, Washington.

Dick Phillips — Bindery/Postpress Manager. Dick has been with OLI for over sixteen years. His background includes twenty-five years in the newspaper and circulation industry. He is responsible for the daily supervision of the bindery, mailing and shipping areas.
