When submitting your project to us, we request that you fill out this Job Submission Form. We will need all information available for processing your project. Fill in as much information as you can and if you have any questions, please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you in gathering the information needed on this form.
Once the form is completed, hit the Submit button on the bottom of the page. You should then be given a choice. Make the proper selection for your situation. If you choose "Desktop Email Application", this should open your email application (ignore the blank preview in Mac Mail) and send the form to: electronicpc@oregonlitho.com. You can then save this PDF form and use it for future projects.

Use this form for approving your project during the proofing stage or identifying any changes needed. This is a PDF form that can be filled out using Acrobat Reader and sent to us electronically by using the Submit button.

Use this file to setup a PDF export preset in InDesign. Go to InDesign > File menu > Adobe PDF Presets > Define > Load. Load the file you've downloaded. Use these settings when exporting a PDF for Oregon Lithoprint.

This is a color settings file for Photoshop. In Photoshop, go to the Edit menu > Color Settings > Load. Use these settings for printing on Newsprint paper.
